Help for authorised fleet-operations users

Device access

WMFC operational data is available only on an approved device. Ask your WMFC administrator to create a one-time pairing code, then open the app's Setup screen and pair the device. Pairing codes expire after one hour and can be used once.

Common checks

  1. Confirm the device has a working internet connection.
  2. Confirm the correct operational location appears in Setup.
  3. Use Refresh on the live board after connectivity returns.
  4. If access was revoked or the device was replaced, request a new pairing code.

Report an issue

Start with your organisation's WMFC administrator, who can reissue a pairing code or check a device's access straight away. For anything they cannot resolve, email stadoobie@gmail.com with the device name, assigned location, time of the issue and a short description. Do not include passwords, pairing codes or customer details in an unsecured message.

Notifications

A paired iPhone or iPad may raise two alerts, and only two: a vehicle added at your counter in an emergency, and a vehicle at your counter past its ready time. A vehicle that has reached At Counter is never called late — it has arrived, and it leaves by Gate Exit rather than by running out of time. Neither alert names the vehicle, because it can appear on a screen in a public area; open the board for the detail.

Declining the notification permission changes nothing else: the board refreshes on its own every fifteen seconds either way. Turn alerts back on in iOS Settings under WMFC.
